HM 426 - Exploring International Cuisine

3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: HM 456   In this course, students will investigate and analyze the development and evolution of international cuisines. They will profitably plan, prepare, and market dishes and menus that feature cuisines from all regions of the world. Students will build on skills and techniques learned in the Advanced Food Planning and Preparation course.
