HM 415 - Contemporary Global Issues & Trends

3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: HM 257  and HM 331 .  This course is designed to acquaint students with the major trends occurring in the hospitality industry and to develop analytical skills required to interpret them. Throughout the course, the students should be able to identify trends; their timing, the effects they have on organizations, the actual probability of their occurrence and impact they will have on the organization and its environment.
