HM 322 - Food & Beverage Leadership3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: HM260 This course is designed for students to demonstrate leadership skills in food and beverage, and practice standard management and leadership roles in a full-service restaurant facility. Through lecture and knowledge gained in the fundamentals of food and beverage management course, students will apply skills in managing the on-site restaurant on a rotational basis, practicing and analyzing processes and efficiencies while ensuring the delivery of the vital component of food and beverage management in preparation for leadership in the industry.
