HM 290 - Internship II

2 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: HM 110 HM 190   Internship II is a 2-credit course. This course is a requirement for graduation and is designed to provide students with an opportunity to apply concepts and theories from their course work to practical work experiences in the hospitality industry under the direction of industry professionals. The course provides a platform for students to gain knowledge and skills necessary for entry-level management positions in the hospitality industry while working in a “real life” setting.
