ES 339 - Hydrology3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: ES 241 and ESL 241 Corequisite: ESL 339 . Pre-requisite or Co-requisite: MAT 135 or higher. This course will explore the basics of the hydrologic cycle and its major components: oceans, groundwater, and lakes and streams. The course will touch on the properties of water as a substance, and the physical behavior of water in the air, the ground, and in bodies of standing and moving water including oceans and estuaries.
