The Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education is designed for students who plan to teach students in grades K-6.

Major Requirement:
Admission to the Teacher Education Program (TEP) Admission to the program in Elementary Education is specified under the admission section for the School of Education. Requirements A minimum of 121 Hours is required. Additional Hours may be specified. Elementary Education/ESOL K-6 : Total Semester Hours = 123
Notes:
GE = General Education Courses *Based on your placement testing scores, these courses may require prerequisites which may extend the number of semesters needed to complete degree requirements. These prerequisites do not count towards the degree for graduation. Free Elective is any course that the University offers that you have met the prerequisite. ***ED352 and EDA352 must be taken together in the same semester. ****Must have passing scores on all FTCE GK tests before registering for these courses. |
