CMIN 650 - Systematic Theology II

Credits: 3 Credit Hours
In this course students will be invited to reflect on the shape of Christian theology which is suitable for today’s world. Different approaches to systematic theology will be used to reflect on the theological doctrines discussed in Systematic Theology I. The approaches that we will use are from a distinctively postcolonial perspective, and include Liberation, Black Theology, Feminist, Womanist, Mujerista, Latino/a, and Postcolonial Asian/African approaches.  Using the work the students began in Systematic Theology, the students will finalize their own systematic theology that fits with their faith and their world.
Prerequisite(s): CMIN 645
