Corequisite: HM 247 Hospitality Information Technology Hotel managers hold challenging positions ensuring the smooth operation of each department, the attainment of budget goals, all while meeting guests’ needs and gaining market share. This course introduces the organization and operations of the hotel from the perspective of general management, and the control of overall operations using revenue management strategies.
