Prerequisite: HM 110  & HM 240 . This course represents a comprehensive overview of the laws and regulatory agencies governing the lodging, foodservice and travel industries. The historical development of the common law, innkeepers/guest relationships, responsibilities, F&B liability, ADA, Dram Shop laws, responsible service of alcohol, food borne illness and safety issues.
