LEAD 605 - Critical Reflection & Transformative Leadership.Credits: (3 semester hours) The purpose of this course is to explore and analyze the ways in which critical thinking and emancipatory education shapes and transforms leaders. Students will examine the practices and processes associated with transformative/emancipatory learning theory related to the construction of the meaning of leadership grounded in human experiences. This course is based in the literature of adult education and integrates the theory and philosophy of that discipline to the practice of leadership in the workplace.
