HM 462 - Culture & Cuisine

3 Credit Hours
This course is an overview of the various cultures, which make up American society. Cuisine as a basis for this study will give the student insight into the cultural mosaic of America. Special consideration will be given to the five pillars of American cuisine African-American, Native American, Asian- American, Latin America, and Classical European American.
