LEAD 652 - Graduate Seminar: Capstone ProjectCredits: (3 semester hours - Non-Thesis Track only) The course provides a comparative study of the data-driven change projects implemented by the MSTL Non-thesis Track students. The students analyze the dynamics of the change process and the data analysis undertaken to identify the problem and the exploration of solutions. Seminar topics include data-driven problem solving process, organizational change, how to write a literature review, how to read and interpret theoretical, statistical and research components of peer reviewed journal articles, and project presentation (final paper, oral presentation). This course prepares students for application of the data-driven decision-making process in the Capstone Project.
