BI 337 - General Ecology II Prerequisite: BI 142, BI 142L, CH242, CH242L. This lecture and lab course will introduce you to the scientific study of the constantly changing relationship between organism and their living and non-living environment. We will look at the basic principles of ecology from the point of view of the individual, a population of individuals, an interacting group of populations within a community, and a community of organisms gaining energy and materials within an ecosystem.
