ENT 320 - Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: MG 300 . This is a survey course covering fundamental concepts, theories and skills needed when running a successful small business. It covers small business challenges and critical issues, managing under adversity, start-up/buy-out/franchising opportunities, marketing and financial concerns, managing a business with rapid growth, and building a sound infrastructure. The course is organized around interactive and experiential opportunities where students, grouped in teams, work with real world projects and complete a feasibility study for their future business. The course integrates ethics, diversity and change issues. (SP)
