MAT 131 - Liberal Arts Mathematics

3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: An appropriate score on a Bethune-Cookman University mathematics placement test and/or successful in MAT 095 / 125  or a grade of “C” or higher in any college level mathematics course. Topics may include voting techniques, fair division, apportionment, graph theory, linear and exponential growth, financial mathematics, and history of mathematics. This course is not intended for students whose program requires preparation for pre-calculus or calculus courses. (FA,SP,SU)
