HM 350 - Amusement & Theme Park Management3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: HM 230 This course provides an understanding of the nature and function of amusement and theme parks as spaces of entertainment. Using global case studies, empirical data and practical examples, this course focuses on the impacts of theme parks as global competitive actors, agents of global development and cultural symbols. The planning and development of amusement and theme parks are also addressed.
