HM 425 - Revenue Management

3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: HM320, HM347 A detailed study of the revenue management practices in hospitality organizations, including yield and capacity management, revenue forecasting, and pricing strategies. The principles of tactical rate management, demand generation, and differentiation strategies are examined and applied to various scenarios, including a virtual simulation of a hospitality enterprise. Students will also be introduced to the concept of hospitality analytics. SP
