HM 456 - Advanced Food Planning & Preparation with Lab4 Credit Hours Building upon the skills and knowledge acquired in Food Planning & Preparation, students will manage and operate the back-of-the house of the restaurant. Students will gain realistic planning, production, service and managerial experience.
