During this course, students will learn practical ways in which they can attain and sustain healthy bodies and personal wellness. Instruction and practice are offered in the following activities basketball, soccer, physical fitness, volleyball, flag football, bowling, golf, badminton, weightlifting, aerobics, dance, and water exercise.
