NU 406 - Nursing Research

3 Credit Hours
Prerequisite: NU 307 . This course provides exploration of evidence-based nursing practice and its importance to the professional nurse. Basic research theory, principles, and methodologies are covered as they relate to the nurse’s role in identification of practice issues, appraisal and integration of evidence, evaluation of patient outcomes, and sharing best practices with the inter-professional health care team.
